Job Scope/Purpose: Handle customers’ efficiently based on a high quality service standards, through showing high knowledge of product and high skills of sales or customer service in accordance to the processes and targets of the contact center and Centro client’s expectations
Job Qualifications:
1.University degree
2.IT Skills: knowledge of Windows operating environment
3.Languages: Fluent command of Arabic and English (oral/written)
4.18 – 35 years old.
5.Ability to work on National Holidays.
